As for the organization TLFEA falls into the Member Assembly Board of Directors, and Board of Supervisors, The chairman is Mr. Abi Hong, and the secretary general is Ms. Nancy Hsu. To facilitate the development of the internal affairs and the missions of TLFEA, 8 committees and one Taiwan Light Businessmen club in Guangdong are established the association under the Board of Directors. These committees are: Committee of Illumination Technics, Committee of International Affairs, Committee of Discipline, Committee of Relationship Among Members, Committee of Export to Japan, Committee of Publication Editor, Committee of Lighting Internet, Committee of Lighting Certification, and Taiwan Light Businessmen Club in Guangdong The works of all these organizations are to carry out the routine work of the association, to reinforce the duties of the association, to promote member unity, to encourage innovations and R & D, and to expand foreign trade territory.

　　TLFEA plays a role like a big family of the lighting fixture manufacturers in Taiwan, Although most of the members are exporters, the members managing domestic market also play an important role in TLFEA. All works of TLFEA are carried out on the basis of the founding aims of TLFEA, on order to serve members. Our credits include organizing Taipei International Lighting Fair, organizing groups to visit important overseas lighting exhibitions , promoting lighting technology exchange cross the straits, encouraging designs and innovations of lighting fixture, organizing of all kinds of professional workshops, reinforcing international trade, providing market information, propagandizing updated laws and regulations, and so on. All these are the routine and/or strategic works that aim at consolidating the strength of all members and stimulating whole strength of the industry to create a better and brighter future for the lighting fixture industry in Taiwan and expand the international trade of the nation.
